What we can help with

  • A reading you think is wrong — send the photograph and we will look at the image and the reading together.
  • Getting a reading in another form, for example described in plain text rather than as a card. No charge and no plan requirement.
  • Billing, invoices, renewal dates and cancellation.
  • Deleting an upload, a saved reading, or the whole account, and confirming when it is gone.
  • Exercising a data protection right — access, correction, erasure, portability, objection.
  • An accessibility barrier. These are fixed ahead of other work.

Four things we will always decline

Support will not answer these either. The boundary is the same in an email as it is in the interface, and it is not a matter of the service being unable to — it is that answering would be wrong.

Anything to do with feet
This service looks at how the shoe is built. It has nothing to do with feet — it judges neither fit nor rubbing, analyses no arch, foot shape or gait, and never infers walking style from sole wear. A photograph of a shoe cannot tell anyone those things. Please take questions of that kind to a relevant professional.
What a repair costs, or whether to bother
This service gives no repair pricing and makes no judgement about whether a repair is worthwhile. Costs vary enormously by location and are unknown to it. It can tell you how the sole is joined and whether that join is one that comes apart.
Where to take a shoe
This service recommends no repairer and puts you in touch with nobody. It reports the construction it can see and what that construction means for replacing the sole.
Whether a brand is any good
This service evaluates no brand. Any brand name it recognises is masked before it is shown. It reports the construction of the shoe in the photograph and nothing about who made it.

Complaints

Write to support@kikiyok.shop with what happened and what you would like done. We acknowledge within one working day and aim to resolve within 14 days, telling you if we need longer and why. We are not a member of any alternative dispute resolution scheme; if we cannot resolve a matter between us you are free to bring a claim in the courts.

For anything to do with your personal data you may also complain directly to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, whether or not you have raised it with us first.
