3Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints go to support@kikiyok.shop in the first instance. We acknowledge within one working day and aim to resolve within 14 days.
We are not a member of any alternative dispute resolution scheme and do not submit disputes to one. If a matter cannot be resolved between us, you are free to bring a claim in the courts. This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
